3.1 UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — FREE on orders over £35, otherwise £3.99
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £6.99

3.2 EU & International Delivery
- EU & International: 7–14 business days — Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

3.3 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3.4 Important Notes
- PRIMEPROPEL® is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control (force majeure).
- For international orders, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local authorities.
- If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
